They made an extra effort to get to know me and find out what I needed. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me alone and keep me distracted while I wait for the novocaine to work. They always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They listen to every question or concern I may have. I never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
