I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would definitely hesitate due to the fact that my experience was sub-par. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. The operatory in which I was treated was turned over while I was still in the there. The assistant that "cleaned" the operatory did so without gloves, including attaching new suctions/instruments for the next patient. This equals cross-contamination, which is probably the reason why I was treated at urgent care the following evening for a virus that formed ulcers in my throat. That was my first and last visit to that office.

The work performed by the dentist was satisfactory. Customer service was excellent. All questions answered completely. I trust a dentist completely so I'm not sure if these concerns are warranted. On two seperate occasions I have had to return for a proceedure that I felt could have been accomplished on a single visit. The first time was repair of several chipped teeth and the second was on a root canal that took two visits. I have consulted others and they have told me that a root canal should only take one visit.
