I was VERY disappointed with my experience. Both of my children require oral surgery. Both went through consult - and I scheduled surgery. Several weeks prior to surgery, I was contacted by his office and told that I would need to pay upfront IN FULL. The upfront costs were 3,867.00!!!! $2100.00 of this was for my son, and 1,767.00 was for my daugher - THEN THEY WOULD file my insurance and Reimburse me once insurance paid. The office manager was INCREDIBLY rude to me when I called back to cancel surgery and forward records to another surgeon - she even hung up on me. I had to call back and ask for further instruction on how to go about getting records release. When I asked to speak to Dr. Brandner, I was told "he doesn't speak to patients".....all I can say is WOW...

Yes! It was effortless!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
