Dr. Loy caused me a lot of dental issues .... he had made a mistake that he could have remedied & divulged when I had ongoing pain after his procedure, but instead he recommended pain relievers. It took another professional to determine that the mistake had been made ... and this was a bigger issue than pain -- unresolved this mistake was leading to BIG problems. Once the second professional fixed what Dr. Loy had left undone, all was eventually well. But because of the delay, it was a bigger procedure than it would have been had Dr. Loy taken care of it immediately. Please note: other office staff that I have encountered are GREAT!
