After 4 years we are changing dentists. They have made too many mistakes on both myself and my husband, causing more problems and pain. The dentist talks with her assistants about week end plans and other personal chit chat right over you while doing dental work. Is this one reason why they make so many mistakes? They charge way too much and push procedures on you you don't need and in one case caused me problems I didn't have before and was/is painful.

I do not recommend this office. The dentist does not spend time with her patients. She leaves her assistant to answer all questions and has her front staff make all her calls back. I would like to go to an office where the dentist shows they care. Every time I go in the office they have a whole new staff working.The financial arrangements lady was very rude and didn't help at all. I had questions about my insurance and she seemed like she didnt have the knowledge.She seemed put out to help me with my insurance since you could hear her on a personal call. Very unprofessional!!!
