I was brought in as a Medi-Cal patient and then told I needed to have 4 crowns which no other dentist recommended and I had no trouble with the teeth. The cost would have been over $5000. I said I could not afford this. The dentist refused to fill my tooth ..which was just a light surface cavity because I would not get a crown. I feel that he was trying to sell me unneeded work and that was ridiculous since no Medi-Cal patient would be able to pay the price. I had been to dentist in my previous location 6 months prior with full dental xrays and never told to have crowns...was told I had surface cavities next to my bonding. I find this to be rude and insulting. Crowns are very profitable and to say that a person needs one when they don't is unethical.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

No, I didn't notice an odor

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly
