I've been going to the Vista Robles Dental Group for over 16 years and have had nothing but a pleasant experience each and every time; every experience, procedure and visit was nothing less than 5 stars. With the addition of Dr. Linda Martin and Dr. Esmeralda Munoz, after the retirement of Dr. Joe & Joan Howard, this practice is still living up to superior dental work and customer satisfaction. I am simply impressed by the expertise, knowledge, and the work that these two doctors provide. They genuinely care about their patients, and take great pride in their work. It shows. My recent root canal by Dr. Martin went through from start to end, without any problems. It almost seemed effortless by Dr. Martin. Don't let her youthful looks fool you. She has the resume, knowledge and experience that says otherwise. She was so reassuring about the procedure, I can honestly say I wasn't one bit worried. She had my complete faith. I could sense that with her confidence, and years of doing root canals, this would not present any complications. I was right -- no pain, no soreness, no problems, only healing. Boy, did I hit the jackpot staying with this group after the retirement of the Dr. Howards'.

The supporting staff is also a joy to be around. I, for one, can actually say I look forward to my visits. They are so delightful and friendly, and my needs are always met to my expectations. Thelma is the most perfect fit for the front; always greeting you by name, and making you feel at home, like one of the family. I wish the majority of professionals were like her. She's been at the practice as long as I've been going there. Now, there's also the one and only Jeanne. She's another long time employee and awesome dental hygienist, who's been doing, for most part, all my cleanings over the years. Friendly, caring, and tentative to your needs is what I receive from Jeanne each time I see her. I'm glad I can say she's part of my "dental dream team." Jeanne, Julie, and Sam, are all "all-stars" in my book. They are on the top of their game, and there is no need to worry when you're in one of their chairs -- I promise!

Their scheduling and billing is top notch! I'm always provided with estimates of any work, or any questions I have about billing. Their knowledge about billing simply takes away the worry I might have of what's what, who pays what, etc. These ladies are also know their job. They are not rookies, but schooled professionals -- Thank you!

All the rest of the supporting medical staff, which I've encountered, from Rachel (another all-star), who's assisted both doctors, plus Dr. Joe & Joan, when they've worked on me many times over the years, to Desiree (thank you so much for assisting Dr. Martin with my root canal. You are "tops!"), the newly hired, make you feel at home, and do their best to make sure all your needs are met. With all the talent that's already embedded in this practice, it won't be long before the newly hired earn their stars, and join this "dream team." You can bet on that!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Kind of, it was bearable but I was in pain

I went in for a check-up and cleaning. Very nice facility. Small parking lot but I had no problem finding parking.
Receptionist was very friendly and greeted me by name. Since this was my first time here I had some additional paperwork to fill out but again the receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.
Waiting room is a little small but has sitting for about eight and was clean, stocked with current reading material, and pleasant music playing low in the background.
I arrived a little early for my appointment and I was able to be seen before my appointment time.
A staff member saw me to a nice exam room with windows overlooking wooden valley below. The staff member explained that x-rays would be taken and the Dentist would reviewed them and my medical history and then be in to see me. After the x-rays it took the Dentist, Doctor Linda, only a few minutes to see me. Since I was only in for a cleaning I didn’t expect a full exam by the dentist but she took her time and went over the current x-rays and her personal exam. I was told that my dental health was good but there were some areas that I should work better on and want I should do.
I then saw Dental Hygienist Sam. I explained to him that I had never really been seen by a Dental Hygienist before. I felt very comfortable with Sam and he explained everything that he was going to do. During the cleaning procedure he also took me step by step through things and what he was going to do before he proceeded. The cleaning procedure lasted approx. 25 minutes and was painless.
For the past 25 years my dentist has done my semi-annual cleaning but I left with some discomfort and minor pain for hours or a day later. With Sam I felt no discomfort of any kind and I feel the cleaning was far better than those done by my prior dentist.
I was very pleased with my experience and would return for their services again.
