My gums didn't bleed much after my appointment. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. There was lots of available parking at their office. I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Dr Hassebrock explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. She explained everything, and I felt comfortable making decisions about treatment. She never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary. She and her staff were always very considerate and professional. They spent time to explain proper care of my teeth and gums to me.
