I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. It was not easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice ,as requested, from the appropriate CA State Agency, they lied. When they didn't have an answer for me, they lied. No foul language, but his assistant did not have a professional demeanor with a "street" attitude. I paid my bill but I would not recommend.
