After having a couple of Consultations at some offices in Chula Vista for Invisalign, I was amazed when I found Rancho Del Rey Orthodontics! From the time I checked in & was greeted by the super friendly staff, I felt extremely comfortable! During my consultation, the dentist thoroughly explained my treatment options. Claudia, the financial coordinator was also great and she went through many different payment options to fit my budget.they also accepted my insurance to save me some out of pocket cost. I am super excited to start my Invisalign with this office and cannot wait to get straight teeth! An added plus, lots of free parking!

My Invisalign treatment with Dr. Prater has been an excellent experience. Although my treatment is not yet complete, I have seen tremendous improvement with my teeth/smile. I am happy to recommend Dr. Prater to anyone interested in orthodontics. The staff with Dr. Prater are exceptional, especially Paloma in the front desk.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I felt welcomed. Everyone is positive and are very friendly. Paloma is wonderful, and Mariana is very funny. Laura is nice too, she is very welcoming when I check into the dentists office. Overall, the dentist isn't a bad place to be anymore because now I feel like I want to live at my dentist.

We come in weekly for expander everyone is great from the front desk to the girls in the back. The front desk really care about and help with scheduling

My experience here is good. The people here are nice, and going through the adjustments aren't too bad. Sometimes they may feel irritating, and sometimes they hurt later. But the main problem I have with my brace adjustments is that the wire sometimes ends up too long or it slides out and starts poking my cheeks. Overall, the experience here is fine and usually there are no problems during the adjustments.

My experience is always fast and fantastic. I come in get checked in and in a matter of 5 minutes I will be taken in. The staff is just quality, I always get top of the line care and they always make me feel like if I'm their most important patient. This is why I love Rancho Del Rey orthodontics!????
