Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The staff was courteous and professional. I was delighted that they made me feel comfortable since I hate going to the dentist. The staff is young but they all knew what they were doing.

This is the absolute WORST dental clinic I have ever been to!! The building and office are small, run down, and obviously cater to low income/medicaid type clients. The staff was rude. We had to wait a very long time before being called. The dental tech that tried to take my 4 yr olds x-rays was rude, nasty, barely spoke english and would not listen when I tried to tell her that these were his first x-rays. She yelled at him and even threatened him with not getting a treat if he didn't cooperate. She upset him so badly that I had to stop the x-ray process without getting a complete set. In the treatment room the chair was broken (missing an arm), equipment was old and I could not tell for sure if it was sterilized. But here is the worst part. After seating my son in the chair the tech put on her gloves. Then she had trouble getting the old crappy chair to adjust upwards so she used her GLOVED HAND to grab the foot pedal where her feet had just been and adjust the chair!! AND SHE USED THOSE SAME GLOVES IN MY SON'S MOUTH!!! I was so horrified I was speechless. The cleaning was very poor. She barely touched 3 or 4 of his teeth with the instrument and never flossed and did not give a flouride treatment that they billed my insurance for. My 9 yr old daughter experienced similar unprofessional treatment in another room. I had to take my children to another dentist in the same month to make sure they got a proper cleaning and evaluation. Then this stupid clinic hounded me for nearly a month to try and schedule an appointment for my daughter to fill a cavity. And now they don't want to accept just the portion that our insurance pays for and wants me to pay the balance for their crappy, unprofessional treatment of my kids. I wouldn't take a dog there for dental work let alone a human.
