The dentist was very nice and answered most of my questions. His assistants did not seem to know what they were doing. The staff was not friendly, they didn't make me feel welcome and they were rude when I asked about the bill. They upcharged every little thing so I ended up paying $140 for a cleaning and xrays which should have been fully covered by my insurance. They charged me too much because they "forgot" about my insurance, I had to give them the info twice.
The office furniture and carpet were dirty and the whole place just didn't feel clean.

My whole family likes this dental office. It is clean, they work with us and they answer questions. I was very glad to find them a few years ago =)

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
