I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
