Friendly on the phone and in person but they don't return messages or follow through with what they say their doing. Leave u with no resolution except go to ER wait for hours to get a immediate resolution. Nothing that treats u for more than the night or day.

I'm unsure you need to decide what you think.

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, but I was able to read a magazine
