They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. Dr Briggs does not let the parent be in the room with your child so you have to sit there and listen to your child scream and be tortured. Yet she tells you to go away and "just don"t listen". She also removed my sons shirt with out my consent. I have had sleepless nights replaying my sons screams in my mind over and over again. This was the most unpleasant expierience I had ever had in my life. NEVER again will I go back to that office.

My daughter saw Dr. Briggs for thirteen years. She and her staff are skilled and caring. Very positive experience!
