I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
Dr. Briggs cancelled our appointment as my son was walking into her office because she said she could not work with "us". She refuses to let any parent in the room while they are working on the children. I could hear my toddler scream (even after sedation) and they would not let me check on him. She is not compassionate and only cares about her bottom line. If you care about your kids go somewhere else! My children are still traumatized.
