What a joke for a dentist! Totally unprofessional, rude, and degrading to both patients and staff! Had a lot of work done and now they refuse to tell me how much my insurance company paid. I have been waiting for a bill and even went in and asked. They finally billed me five months later and the bill says that it has to be paid in 10 days or legal action will be taken. Seriously, you send out a notice like that on the first bill? I called to resolve this and the receptionist (or his wife) refused to tell me how much the total bill was and how much the my insurance covered. I think they are running a scam and trying to get more money out of people. It sure is interesting that my new dentist has no problem answering these questions and giving me estimates and printouts of what is due. I would rather not have dental work done than ever go to Dr. Kenneth Lee! He practice is very unprofessional and a joke!!

I have never had a fear of dentists until now! I had dental work done. I had pain from the drilling and he wouldn't stop working to numb me back up. I now get anxious just thinking about the dentist. I also do not like how he put a towel over my face. It makes me wonder what he is doing that he doesn't want me to see. It also appears to me that Dr Lee is all about the money and how much he can get out of you and your insurance company. I had several teeth that needed work and instead of trying something cheaper he went for the most expensive option available. He is also very harsh and rude to his assistant. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
