I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I not was impressed with their professionalism. My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. My teeth were still very dirty when I left. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was very frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. They made Dental Partials for me that broke in my mouth. They refused to replace them. They became very rude and unprofessional. I still do not have thia issue resolved. I will probably have to sue.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. grove family dental office has changed significantly. Their front office clerk conducts herself like a gang member more so than a clerk .When you ask pertinent questions. When you leave and call because asking her in person makes you feel as if she may jump you, she willllll hang up on you and wil not allow you to speak to a doctor who should professionally and adequately be able to answer all of your questions. T hey cheated me with funding and when confronted this is the type of response I received I had prroof , witnesses and when I would not accept a made up answer the office clerk became SCARFACE!!!!!! Please consumers if you value your smile , your dignity AND..... your wallet ,stay as far away as possible from grove family dental office in Pomona Calif. They also violate every privacy act initiated in the stae of California!!!!!

None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

This establishment is disgusting. The floors, walls, countertops, equipment was dirty and in poor repair. I felt like I was in a third world country dentist office. The staff was unprofessional and joking around instead of working. The doctor didn't talk at all and was not friendly when I did ask questions. The filling he put in was jagged and raised and ended up falling out a week and a half later. They charge $25 dollars to check out X-Rays even though I am having to go somewhere else to get my tooth fixed that they messed up.

If you value your teeth, time and money, DO NOT GO HERE!
