Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I've seen Dr. Tom for many years. I came to him very afraid of the dentist due to past unhappy experiences. Now I'm so calm and collected it even amazes me. He is always gentle, caring and concerned with providing me with exceptional care. I cannot praise his service more highly!!

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I got hit in the face with my surfboard and knocked out a few teeth. Dr. Fassanaro was able to get me false teeth that were the exact size and shape and color as my other teeth! People do not even know that I was hurt! Thank you!!!

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Dr. Fasanor is one of the most well educated Dentist's around, and a former professor at UOP. T I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
