It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
