Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
