I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience at this clinic and appreciated the high level of service. They gave me a very thorough explanation about how acupuncture works and why its effective. They were happy to answer every question I had. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and address my issues. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Yes! They reviewed my medical history before my appointment and discussed it with me before treatment

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were always very considerate and professional. they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I never had to doubt that they had a license. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I really appreciated their hospitality. I was so impressed with the level of knowledge they had about Chinese herbal medicine. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I have been going to Dr. Cheng for acupuncture treatments for a few years now and in that time, I've gotten great relief from my intense sinus/migraine headaches. I tried many other treatments for my headaches including medications and a Neti pot but to no avail. After going to Dr. Cheng for treatment, the intensity of my headache pain decrease to the point where I no longer experience nausea, dizziness, coldness, and intense pain from sinus/migraine headaches. My headaches no longer are debilitating and I live a relative pain-free life. I hardily recommend Dr. Cheng to anyone seeking an alternative to medications or other conventional methods of treatment for migraines.
