They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Tom Ingegno greeted me with a warm and friendly smile for my consultation appointment. He expressed his passion for his work with his short story of his acupuncture training and practice. I was impressed with him, period. I had gone through the procedure before so I had no hesistation about it. The real reason for the visit was to get to know the practitioner.

His rates, very reasonable! It was nice to know he would contact my insurance to find out if it was covered. It was not, but I decided to move forward with 2 appointments. As I mentioned, his rates are reasonable!

First appointment, he greeted me with the same warm and friendly smile. He walked me to a room, explained the process, and gave me a few minutes to change. He returned with a soft knock at the door. The needles are very thin, and it did not hurt when he placed them in my ankles, knees, and arms. I liked the decor of the whole office and the atmosphere relaxed me enough to fall asleep. It was nice to feel such personal attention during the procedure. Normally visiting doctor's offices consists of being in the waiting room for a long time, and then waiting in a not so comfortable gown. Then when the doctor comes in a few glances and words then the examination is complete. The experience I had at Mount Vernon Wellness with Tom Ingeno was far different than a regular doctor visit. It was far more enjoyable!

My second visit went about the same as the first. I left all three visits, relaxed and at a peace with my choice of Acupunturist.

Results, well, results vary person to person. I am glad to say that my visits helped what was "ailing" me. I plan on scheduling follow up appointments as needed.

Street parking was easy to find and cheaper than the garage but that was only $5.00.

Overall, if you are thinking about acupuncture have a consultation with Tom Ingegno of Mount Vernon Wellness. He has even done acupuncture on his dog; a giraffe and cat in Egypt....and me with great results!

Mr. Ingegno is knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and punctual. He not only fully explains what he is about to do and the benefits of it but he genuinely cares about his clients. He worked with my insurance company to see that I had coverage and worked with my schedule to see that there was a time that fit both of our schedules. I have experienced such tremendous benefits and improvement with my presenting condition that I have recommended him to family members and friends. My sister is now a regular client of his, as well. I am completely impressed with the care that I receive and would never even consider being seen by anyone else.
