Very kind, knowledgable and listens to your problem very carefully. He was able to treat my unexplained fertility with herbs and acupuncture. I would trust Dr. Mark and his team for any other treatment in future. They are great, very courteous and polite.

M. Tryling and staff very rude and noisy, thought acupuncture was suppose be quiet and calm,but not here. I even heard M. Tryling trying to get a female patient to go out w/him, this is unethical and sooooo unprofessional. His treatments are short and his prices are high. Tries to sell herbals to make more money. I would never recomment this person doing business as Meridian Harmonics.......

I have called several acupuncturist after visiting M. Tryling who claims to be cheaper than others in the area & actually he is higher and. I feel he over charges especially for his herbs

Mark truly went out of his way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. The restrooms at this office were spotless, smelled good, and had plenty of soap and paper. The entire office was immaculate and well maintained. This acupuncturist really took great care when inserting the needles during treatment. I had never had acupuncture before my first visit here, and was amazed at how painless it was. He never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me to purchase more visits after my Groupon expired; however, he did invite me to come back. He was always very considerate and professional.

Not at all; they saw me but didn't greet me

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

For the most part, but I've seen some favoritism

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Let me just say that this clinic is in one of the safest areas around . I love how much attention to detail the practitioner shows. He is always careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about him making a mistake or forgetting something. It was very easy to get an appointment. A very flexible schedule gets me in quickly every time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly I can be taken care of.

I love that they never cancel appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to keep my original appointment or at least let me know way in advance if there's an issue. They were ready to see me as soon as I showed up for my appointment. I wasn't kept waiting, which was nice. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment.. They treated my symptoms, They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
