I was completely at ease during my appointment here. The acupuncturist went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been treated with more kindness and empathy. I couldn't believe how much of a difference the herbs they gave me made. They made all the difference.

I was worried that the acupuncturist was going to wear an obnoxious fragrance, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear anything. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They definitely have some nice people working here. This is one of those practices that doesn't try to squeeze money out of you for every little question. I didn't need to make an appointment to get my questions answered, I just called! It was such a relief to know that they are there when I need them. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
