They made sure to answer every single question I had. They are always available whenever I think of more questions. Their staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. They are compassionate, warm, and professional, and they made the whole experience so much better. They handled all the insurance matters, so that my stress was dramatically less. I was so impressed with the healing progress I made after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Tom and the staff clearly and compassionately explained the concepts of the healing process. I whole-heartedly will return for healing.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only were they able to provide every service I was originally promised, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Its great that they always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting long and are so quick to reply. The parking situation here is so-so. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
I have been seeing Tom since 1990 and would never go anywhere else for my accupunture needs. I have been seen for detoxing, dislocations, whiplash, headaches, backaches, and other ailments. The staff is wonderful, caring and it is very easy to be treated.
Thanks Tom and your staff for all that you have done for me!
