Hidden Tao Acupuncture has truly been a life changing experience for me. As a former Division 1 College Football player, I battled through some serious knee injuries in the past, including Reconstructive Knee surgery on my left knee to repair my completely torn ACL/MCL, in addition to some cartilage damage. I had additional surgery to try and remove a massive buildup of scar tissue adhesions that severely limited my mobility and range of motion, leaving me with daily pain and stiffness for many years. Additional surgery was not successful, and I have tried many alternative treatments in the past to try and improve my condition. Over time, I came to almost accept my condition and "stiff knee". After several treatments @ Hidden Tao with David and Sherona, my knee has completely transformed! I have regained a great amount of range of motion, have improved posture, pain has been virtually eliminated, and my whole body feels more balanced and centered. This has been by far the best investment I have made in my health to date and I am very grateful to David and Sherona for their work, and will continue to see them in the future to continue to improve and maintain my results! I highly recommend!

This acupuncturist really takes great care when inserting the needles during treatment.They were so great, I couldn't feel a thing. Every time I come here the acupuncturist always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been a while since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I experienced relief from my symptoms right after my treatment. Would definitely recommend Sherona- I think she's amazing!
