Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am feeling so much better after my treatments.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I really felt like they were happy to be helping me the entire time. I never once got the feeling that they were irritated or would rather be elsewhere. When I left my treatment I felt absolutely fantastic. I didn't experience any side effects at all, and I will definitely be going back. I feel so confident that this acupuncturist will do whatever is necessary to free me of pain! We are a team and I love how confident the whole office is in the practice!
