Ken is caring, he listens, remembers your concerns, is encouraging and upbeat. He celebrates your improvements with you! Great guy. His office staff is friendly and helpful. I have and would recommend him to others.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and I will absolutely be going back. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
