I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome it. I've felt like an annoyance at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation
