They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been treated with more kindness and empathy. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their clients' safety is their top priority, and they make sure they always use sterilized, pre-packaged needles. I've been to some other places that didn't use pre-packaged needles, and I will never go back. I appreciate them making my safety their primary concern. I never had to doubt that they had a license. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been to. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Occasionally they will have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, from time to time they will have some sort of discount. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They have a very good professional reputation. They are recognized in the community as being a top acupuncture clinic. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me
