Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They make an extra effort to get to know their clients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like I'm their only client! Their clients' safety is their top priority, and they make sure they always use sterilized, pre-packaged needles.
