I have suffered from acute lower back pain (herniated disc) since 1973. I've been to a multitude of Orthopedists and Chiropractors in NYC, LA, and Miami. I've tried all kinds of medications, supplements, back supports and gadgets. No one and nothing has worked until I met Nelly Yefet. The very first visit, when I walked in, bent over, crippled in pain, I walked out erect and pain free. Over the last few years I've had repeat episodes, but they kept getting milder, and less frequent. Eventually they stopped, and now I go for a "tune-up" every 6 months AND definitely BEFORE I travel or move from home to home. Is she a miracle-worker? No, she has three extremely important qualities; knowledge, empathy, and a unique calm that's very contagious AND very helpful when you're freaking out from excruciating pain. It is extremely clear to me that I truly owe my physical, mental, and even spiritual well-being to her because I'll never forget how I've suffered for decades without her.
