I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
