Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not at all, everything they told me was completely accurate
Was it clear that this acupuncturist takes pride in the appearance of his/her clinic?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking clinics I've ever seen!

This provider was very unprofessional in that she spoke about herself for most of the session - even mentioning where the patient prior to me lived! I didn't feel that she protected patient-provider confidentiality. And she was just all around - off. I can't explain it, but it made me feel uncomfortable during the session. She also forced products on me which I didn't like. I would recommend that you find another provider.
