They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It put me at ease that they seemed well-trained and experienced. Everything went off without a hitch. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Just as a side note, I was very happy with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to the highway and other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable and have never canceled on me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. It was obvious that they had years of experience under their belt and loads of training. I was confident that my treatment would go off without a hitch. i would recommend to anyone the healing treatment afforded by the great skill and and deep compassion shown to me by dr joan ellen macedis.
