Do not see this acupuncturist. She will charge you over $400 the first visit, she won't tell you the cost until check out. She instructs all of her employees to tell every patient they have a rosy glow in their cheeks when they're done with treatment. Also check your room to see if needles are in a push pin holder. Make sure she unwraps new needles.

Dr Kim is knowledgable and professional. Her pleasant bedside manner helps as she explains all she does. I would recommend her to anyone who is willing to get well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Kim, for quite sometimes, and I have very good experiences with my treatments. She really takes the time treating me. I have been seen by many doctors for a long time, I have not been happy with the results, I was referred by a friend and after couple of thorough treatments, I felt different. I feel very good about Dr. Kim. I have never felt this better before, I am very satisfied. She is one of the best in the area. I commit to keep my appointments, because I hate to miss them. I will always recommend her to my friends and families and all those whom I come in contact with. Her office definitely serves the purpose of a healing place, It’s very peaceful and relaxed. I look forward to visit there, just to get away from the noisy surroundings and have a peace of mind. We are very fortunate and bless to have people like her. Thank you so much for caring Dr. Kim !!

I’ve called Dr. Kim’s office and have had treatments with them for my acute shoulder pain. I’m very pleased with the overall experience. They were very professional and when I asked about the procedures and expected prices, they gave me prior estimates to the best of their abilities. Their office doesn’t take insurance so I’ve been paying with my own money. Dr. Kim’s not cheap, but it has been totally worth it. She always takes her time and I know she sincerely wants to help my pain and my other symptoms. I always felt welcome and relaxed at her office and looked forward to coming to my appointments. Thank you so much for your help Dr. Kim!!

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. You could tell that they took pride in their office because it was so clean. I appreciated the effort that they put into cleaning. I felt more confident about my appointment.

When I left my treatment I felt absolutely fantastic. I didn't experience any side effects at all, and I will definitely be going back. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I was suffering from arthritis in my knees for quite a few years, I tried many many doctors no one could seem to help me! Until I was told by a friend to check out different web-sites for an acupuncturist, I found a WONDERFUL DOCTOR, her name is Dr. Kim her office was very peaceful, relaxing, calm and serene. When my treatment was over I was amazed on how good I felt afterward. I was able to bend my knees much better than I could in a very long time!!!! I am very pleased with my result!!!!!

Thanks so very much you gave me a new leash on life!!!!

Dr. Kim is a great acupuncturist in South Bay area. I went to see her for back and shoulder pain which were the result of an accident. After a few visits, I was able to move around without pain and I don't have to take medication anymore. The results were amazing! She is also very kind and professional. I highly recommend her.
