I was really glad that they only used sterile, pre-packaged needles. They take all necessary precautions to make sure their clients are safe. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The staff was friendly, and made me feel welcome. I had a nice experience. I felt very safe in their care during the entire treatment. I definitely trust them and their qualifications. Every time I come here the acupuncturist always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been a while since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I didn't have to wait long at all after I arrived for my appointment. Lea was running right on time, which was really nice. She always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I appreciated that Lea were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. She followed up with me after my appointment and made recommendation on supplements I should take for my pain. I couldn't believe how much of a difference my appointment with them made. When I left I felt the best I ever have. I love how much attention to detail they show at this clinic. She is always so careful and meticulous. I Continue to use her Acupuncture Service, my pain have subsided so much, I now go there once a month for maintenance.
