Dr. Riley is a great eye doctor. He really takes his time and gives you a thorough eye exam. He takes time to listen and answer any questions. He really cares about his patients.

I like this office, the staff, the docs - they're all great!

I drive up from Atlanta to go to this office and before I moved there I drove in from Johnson City.

my appointment was for 2:30 on 10/18/14 I arrived at 2:15. Filled out paperwork told one of the three girls at the front desk the gray haired one that I needed an Itemized bill so I could file with my insurance company since they never have before. She acted as if she didn't understand me and the young girl behind her answered my question.
At 2:30 had my pre exam. Three customers that arrived after me, went ahead of me with Dr Riley.I Sat in waiting room until 3:00 . I left. Dr Riley is a fantastic eye doctor ,But his office staff is lacking professionalism . Is the office staff overbooking appointments? This is not the first time this has happen. Your a great Doctor Dr Riley but I just don't need the aggravation of delayed appointments.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
