Dr. Elgas provides the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had anywhere. She addresses every concern you have and makes sure you leave her office with the best quality eyewear possible.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Their eye equipment was so new and advanced I had never even seen it before. It was so much better than other optometrists I've been to. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
