This man is not a nice person, nor is he anyone I will EVER go back and see. After insisting my son needed glasses and basically insinuating he can't see anything, I felt pressured to place a charge on my credit card for his glasses right away. He only has METAL frames and a 2 year old would never wear them- that's why they make toddler glasses (which I had asked about over the phone and was told yes). He fraudulently charged my insurance company for CONTACT LENSES for my 2.5yo sons glasses. I called back several times to remedy this and have been hung up on as recent as today. He will NEVER get a referral from us. He also claimed MY prescription was way off (something I am now seeing he says to many patients.) I have had the same prescription for years now. He is refusing to speak with my insurance company to rememdy this so my son can get glasses he will wear, instead of awful metal frames. He is completely unprofessional, (tried to bribe my child with Chocolate b/c he was scared) and makes you feel very pressured. I can see why his selections are a bit older and the office is a bit older/run down. His equipment he claims is state of the art, is simply the same you will find anywhere else, and is standard for the industry. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

You will be impressed by the level of detail and involvement Dr Alexander shares on your visit. Whether it is discussing your eyes or your lenses, you will leave his office knowing the care you have been given is top notch.

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I have known Dr. Alexander for 20 years. He is very knowledgable about his profession and cares deeply about each of his patients. He is very easy to work with and he explains details of getting an exam. He spends an absorbent amount of time with to make sure you understand your needs as a patient. I have referred several patients to him and all of my referrals have thanked me for sending them to him. He is very professional in exemplary in dealing with all patients. I would recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone looking to get excellant care for exam, contact, or glasses for the remainder of their life. The flat out best doctor I have ever been to.
