Absolutely THE BEST eye doctor in Pensacola!! I had been going to another eye doctor with my children for 3 years. On our first visit to Dr Andrews, he found that my daughter had "tears" in her cornea that were so bad that it could have detached at any time and caused blindness! He set up laser surgery for her THAT DAY!! I have him to thank for her sight!! I would still be his patient, but they don't take my insurance anymore...

Dr. Andrews is good at his job, all the little test that add up. Then you are wisked away to pick out your glasses right after you have had your eyes dilated. The ladies that work there are very nice and very good at their job. I really do not think they care if you can see what you are picking out or not. Prices are never mentioned, remember you can not see a thing. Eleven hundred dollars later, you are told you will get the bill when you come back. I really hate the glasses I am stuck with for a very long time, due to the cost, they also make me very dizzy and do not fit my head. Yes it is my falt for not asking questions, The reason I do not take them back? When I expressed my opinion on my second visit I got the cold shoulder after that. I told them I did not like picking out my glasses when my eyes are dilated, you could feel it in the are, they could not believe I was not happy with the way they did things.
I do not recommend going to Dr. Andrews because he is very expensive, money is never mentioned until it is to late, you feel trapped!!

Absolutely! I never have a problem!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office?
