Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Exam was fine. Glasses took over a month to be ready from the Lab, but Dr.Michael Haugen's staff handled the situation very poorly. Instead of being proactive and trying to make an effort to get my glasses in a timely manner, they would only make an effort if I called and questioned what was taking so long. The staff did not follow through with return phone calls. Once I received my glasses I requested to have all my records knowing I would not return. Subsequently the Doctor's office sent me a letter stating they would no longer be able to serve me. They never had any words of apology for the inconvenience. I wanted to purchase a pair of extra frames not covered under my insurance on the first visit but the Doctor nor the staff asked if I needed any help when I was looking at what they had on display,I was the only customer in the office. So out of three people in the the room with me no one offered any assistance. Very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they never postpone my appointment
