I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

This guy knows his stuff! I have referred several people to him & will continue to do so when the opportunity arises. He is knowledgeable, friendly, & runs on time so we rarely have to wait. I also like the fact that he doesn't sell frames so he isn't twisting our arms to buy something. Wish more offices were like this one.
