Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and the office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed, and they remember me on a first name basis even when I call. They have been very helpful especially helping me when I am out of the country. Since I travel often, it is very comforting to know they are there for me and will help me in any way they can. Also, I feel their prices are very competitive and I've never felt like they are pushing sales or products on me. I never want to go any where else!

I was very comfortable the entire time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, and the front office staff is very helpful and polite.
