I went to have my eyes examined after going to someone else that incorrectly gave me a examination that left me with blurred vision. Dr McCarthy did a excellent examination and I have never had such perfect vision. He is highly competent, extremely kind and has a wonderful personality. I can't say enough about him.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr. McArthur has been excellent at tweaking my contact lens RX, as needed, throughout the years I have been seeing him. He keeps me seeing great!

Dr. McArthur is an excellent opthamologist and since going to him several years ago, I would not go to anyone else in the Dothan area. He answers all of my questions and provides me with the information I need. I have complete confidence in him and his staff. The staff always tries to get me in as soon as possible if I do not have an appointment. And if I do have an appointment, then it is rare that I have to wait beyond it.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
