Been patient some 10 years. Was there last week galsaid exam would be $130. Then she charged me $189. Doc says cant prescribe one contact for month. Very upset now need to spend another $125 at Costco. Sucks. He's rude and inconsiderate.

HORRIBLE, I have been coming here for years and it has progressively gotten worse. they overcharge, do not order your contacts, over bill without notice, the place needs a good cleaning, fish tank has mold growing in it.
outdated equipment and if you wear contacts BEWARE of the 159.00 fitting fee that they NEVER tell you about even when you have insurance.
Insurance doesn't cover a fitting fee because it is a BOGAS fee but he will scribble a fee and the front desk has no clue what that fee is for they just charge you. After you have paid they will make you wait months for your lenses to come after numerous phone calls. Stay Away. I always support my local businesses but this place is a rip off.

Only purchased prescription sun glasses there as I already had a prescription so I never met the Dr. There was no waiting, several top brand frames to pick from and instead of 3 weeks, they arrived in about 2.

My husband and I are Lighthouse Point residents and we prefer supporting local businesses. Based on our customer experience at this store, we will never return. Aside from reading some negative reviews and not being totally happy with their selection of eyeglasses, we still decided to give them our business. Long story short, we ended up with a store credit from a prior transaction and I decided to purchase a pair of Gucci sunglasses. Along with the store credit, I had to pay an extra $329 for the glasses. When I got home, I went on the Gucci site and saw the same Gucci glasses that I paid over $600 at Eye Site Vision Center were $375. I was shocked! I can understand a markup from the online price but 160%, REALLY? They refused to work with me and claimed that they didn’t have a return policy.
Folks, do your homework, double check on businesses you deal with and make sure that they are not out to rob you! Dr. Gary Goberville, I am truly disappointed.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.They are very expensive. $1500 for one complete pair of glasses, new lenses for frames I provided and one pair of contact lenses that aren't the right perscription. All I came in for was custom readers. Hugely disappointed.

Love Dr. Goberville and the staff at Eye Site. Been seeing him for over 3 years and I couldn't be happier. My vision is light years better than it was and I love seeing Gary. He is the best!
