As soon as you enter Dr. Frederick Flink's office, you immediately know that you've found the "best of the best." The beautiful and friendly receptionist (Carol) always greets you with a smile upon your arrival, and she is always pleasant to the very last moment of your visit.
Dr. Flink is awesome, too, as he always takes his time to exam and explain necessary details, never pressuring you, never confusing you, always efficient and professional. Dr. Flink is always very thorough, and he has a unique ability to explain the most complicated things in the most simple manner. His great assets will be manifested immediately. You will not be disappointed at all - ever!.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
