Dr. Hathaway was great. His staff was standoffish and rude. They made me feel uncomfortable while I was there. I had a couple of questions and the front desk acted as if I was interrupting them or something. It's such a shame when there is a great Dr. but you feel as though you will never be visiting the office again because of their staff!!!!!!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, I don't think so

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and very standoffish. Dr. Hathaway was amazing! just wish his staff didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience. I was very satisfied with my visit. He was helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.
