I had a gift certificate here and sort of just wandered in -- the owner happened to be there that day. I told her my concerns and she suggested the obagi skin line. She explained to me the products, what I would be able to expect and asked me to come and check in with her -- my dentist was on the same floor -- also she said to call if I had any questions -- I did not feel pressured or that I was being sold something I did not need. I told her I had financial concerns and did not want to go overboard; she respected that -- in a few weeks, I went back in and actually brought photos because the difference in my skin was amazing. I also have had a facial there. The waiting room is peaceful -- and they even chastized me for working on my laptop :) -- and the facial amazing. I love this place and feel safe in their knowledge. I am going back soon.

I went to Degam Medspa hoping they would help me feel better about my appearance. Not only did they answer every question I had, they went above and beyond to make me feel and look great. I would and have recommended this spa to my friends and family.

Just awful all the way around. This facility has a very poor trained staff who pressure you to buy products and services you do not need. They made me feel bad and cheap when I declined to purchase.
They do not use high grade botox or other fillers so you will not get maximum results. Results were minimal and gone within 30 days!
If you have a problem, managment will ignore you with their "oh well" attitude.
I had to wait 20 minutes before my service began because the technician was late returning from her lunch.
Overall just very unprofessional and looking to get that one time big check from you. They dont care if you ever return once you buy that costly series of "alla whatever you dont need".
